teethclenching: I think the Bella/Jacob kiss is appropriate for the moment and what is described in the book, but it’s true Team Edward fans will cringe because it is a visual of what they cringe at when it happens in the book. I didn’t know it had been reshot.

gaga: “Although millions of girls and women swoon for Pattinson’s Edward Cullen, I had yet to be swayed until Eclipse.” So no, I’m not a Pattinson fan. Of the final four candidates for the role, I would have cast Ben Barnes.
I’m sorry to tell you, but Taylor Lautner is not “the star of Eclipse.” He plays a large role, but not more than Kristen Stewart or Robert Pattinson. I actually like Taylor a lot and I wish his performance was better. As I said, there are moments where he has evolved and he is really good, but it isn’t consistent.

Barbara: Honestly, Alice doesn’t make much of an impact in the film. Ashley Greene is consistently good in the role, but Alice isn’t given much to do in Eclipse.

Eileen: I’m Team Carlisle and Team Esme. Please reread the review and you’ll see I talk about a lot of the different actors, 17 to be exact. Who would you like to hear about that I didn’t include?
