In a private, wealthy community, priority is placed on security and no exception is made for the Miller family’s estate. Behind their pristine walls and manicured gardens, Kyle (Nicolas Cage), a fast-talking businessman, has entrusted the mansion’s renovation to his stunning wife, Sarah (Nicole Kidman).
But between making those big decisions and keeping tabs on their defiant teenage daughter (Liana Liberato), Sarah often finds herself distracted by a young, handsome worker (Cam Gigandet) at their home. Nothing is what it seems, and it will take a group of cold-blooded criminals led by Elias (Ben Mendelsohn), who have been planning a vicious home invasion for months, to bring the Miller family together. When they storm the manor, everyone is tangled up in betrayal, deception, temptation and scheming. Kyle, Sarah and Avery will take the ultimate risk to make it out with their lives – and their family – intact.
TRESPASS is directed by Joel Schumacher and stars Nicolas Cage, Nicole Kidman, Ben Mendelsohn, Cam Gigandet, Liana Liberato, Jordana Spiro, Dash Mihok, Emily Meade and Nico Tortorella. The film was written by Karl Gajdusek, produced by Rene Besson, Irwin Winkler and David Winkler and was executive produced by Avi Lerner, Danny Dimbort, Trevor Short, Boaz Davidson and John Thompson.
Millennium Entertainment will release TRESPASS on October 14, 2011 in theaters and at home – rent it with your remote control.

The story revolves around a legendary Warrior Priest (Paul Bettany) from the last Vampire War who now lives in obscurity among the other downtrodden human inhabitants in walled-in dystopian cities ruled by the Church. When his niece (Lily Collins) is abducted by a murderous pack of vampires, Priest breaks his sacred vows to venture out on an obsessive quest to find her before they turn her into one of them. He is joined on his crusade by his niece’s boyfriend (Cam Gigandet), a trigger-fingered young wasteland sheriff, and a former Warrior Priestess (Maggie Q) who possesses otherworldly fighting skills.

There’s a scene in BURLESQUE in which Cam Gigandet’s character, in an attempt to woo his crush, is completely nude except for a very strategically placed box of cookies. Who knew a box of cookies could be so desirable! ;p
Best known for his role as James, the evil vampire in the hit franchise Twilight, Cam won a legion of female fans who didn’t just want the choice of Edward or Jacob. Instead they wanted the shirtless vampire with the 6 pack abs. In apivotal scene, Edward tells Bella, “James is a tracker. The hunt is his obsession. I read his mind. My reaction at the field set him off. I just made this his most exciting game ever. He’s never gonna stop.” Bella is naturally frightened, but my reaction was: a really hot vampire with 6 pack abs is tracking me and this is a problem because…?
Cam Joslin Gigandet was born in Tacoma, Washington and was bitten by the acting bug after moving to LA, when, on a friend’s suggestion, he took an acting class. He made his TV debut in 2003 on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and got his first big “albeit short” break as Daniel Romalatti, Jr. on the soap The Young & the Restless. The following year, he joined the cast of the shortlived series “Jack & Bobby” and then played bad boy Kevin on “The O.C.” who was the cause of Mischa Barton’s character Marissa’s death.
He began his movie career in 2004 with the short entitled MISTAKEN and made his feature film debut in 2007 in WHO’S YOUR CADDY. But it was his role in the 2008 movie NEVER BACK DOWN, co-starring Djimon Hounsou and Sean Faris, that garnered him attention and a MTV Movie Award for best fight. Cam also starred in THE UNBORN along with Gary Oldman, the sci-fi thriller PANDORUM with Dennis Quaid and Ben Foster and THE EXPERIMENT with Forest Whitaker and Adrian Brody. Earlier this year, Cam played Amanda Bynes’ 22 year old boyfriend still in high school in the Emma Stone vehicle EASY A.
Next for Cam is a role in PRIEST based on the graphic novel of the same name, in which a priest, played by Paul Bettany, disobeys the church in order to track the vampires that kidnapped his niece. PRIEST is a post apocalyptic horror thriller blending Wild West elements with the supernatural. At an early screening of the movie, the mostly male audience didn’t appreciate Cam as the comedic sidekick. My suggestion: “What if he was naked!?” I’m hoping that in the final cut that there will be a scene with perhaps with a strategically placed cowboy hat!

Ali (Christina Aguilera) is a small-town girl with a big voice who escapes hardship and an uncertain future to follow her dreams to LA. After stumbling upon The Burlesque Lounge, a majestic but ailing theater that is home to an inspired musical revue, Ali lands a job as a cocktail waitress from Tess (Cher), the club’s proprietor and headliner. Burlesque’s outrageous costumes and bold choreography enrapture the young ingenue, who vows to perform there one day.
Soon enough, Ali builds a friendship with a featured dancer (Julianne Hough), finds an enemy in a troubled, jealous performer (Kristen Bell), and garners the affection of Jack (Cam Gigandet), a bartender and fellow musician. With the help of a sharp-witted stage manager (Stanley Tucci) and gender-bending host (Alan Cumming), Ali makes her way from the bar to the stage. Her spectacular voice restores The Burlesque Lounge to its former glory, though not before a charismatic entrepreneur (Eric Dane) arrives with an enticing proposal…

So Good Looking It’s Scary

Trick or treat everyone! The theme for our October is “Boys in Scary Situations”. Appropriate for Halloween month, don’t you think? It also seemed appropriate that we profile the other “Winchester Brother” Jensen Ackles as season 5 of Supernatural starts off with a bang. Tom Dekker is going to be running from Freddy Krueger this Spring. Can’t wait for that! And of course we just had to talk about Cam Gigandet from Twilight and Pandorum. Jesse Eisenberg may be the odd man out, the nerd of the group. But none the less, he’s adorable.
So get out there and vote for your favorite zombie killer, demon hunter, cyborg destroyer or vampire.
Who Should Be October's Actor2Watch4?
- Jensen Ackles - Supernatural and My Bloody Valentine (70%, 243 Votes)
- Cam Gigandet - Pandorum and Twilight (29%, 100 Votes)
- Jesse Eisenberg - Zombieland (1%, 3 Votes)
- Thomas Dekker - Nightmare on Elm Street (0%, 1 Votes)

Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) has always been a bit different, never caring about or fitting in with the trendy girls at her Phoenix, Arizona high school. When her mother Renee (Sarah Clarke) remarries and decides to move with her new husband to Florida, and Bella decides to go live with her father, Charlie (Billy Burke), in the rainy little town of Forks, Washington, she doesn’t expect anything to change. Then she meets the mysterious and dazzlingly beautiful Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), a boy unlike any she’s ever met. Intelligent and witty, his piercing eyes see straight into her soul. Soon, Bella and Edward are swept up in a passionate and decidedly unorthodox romance. Edward can run faster than any cheetah, he can stop a moving car with his bare hands, and he hasn’t aged since 1918. Most importantly, he’s a vampire. Like all vampires, he’s immortal. He doesn’t drink human blood (they’re vampire “vegetarians”), which is rare among the vampire population. Instead, they go on regular “hiking” trips, where they feed on prey such as grizzly bears and mountain lions. For Edward, Bella is the thing he has waited ninety years for – a soul mate. But the closer they get, the more Edward must struggle to resist the primal pull of her scent, which could send him into an uncontrollable frenzy. And what will they do when James (Cam Gigandet), Laurent (Edi Gathegi), and Victoria (Rachel Lefevre) come into town and James sets his sights on Bella? Will true love prevail when Edward is forced to save her life and conquer his thirst? The true question is, When you can live forever, what do you live for? Read more
